Weather Conditions ONLY…
We want everyone to have their outdoor events and the best possible experience with us. Due to the nature of outdoor events, we cannot refund based on weather conditions for any outdoor event. Our team does not make weather calls until the scheduled time of event. If weather isn’t permitting at the time of your beach event, we will gladly move your reservation to another day. The client will be responsible for paying any and all re-permitting fees required. Requesting to move the outdoor event must be done by noon of the scheduled event and is subject to our availability and county permitting availability ONLY. Should you decide to cancel due to weather, we will work with you as best as we can. We do NOT offer cash refunds for any reason. All permits in Walton County are sold on a first come, first serve basis.
Bonfires ONLY & Inclement Weather:
If you have a bonfire scheduled, the client will have these options:
1. The client may choose for the Boujee Bonfire Team to setup an indoor picnic tablescape at the home or rental in place of the bonfire if weather is not cooperating at the time of your event. If you choose to opt for an indoor event, you will forfeit your bonfire. The client will NOT receive a refund nor a future credit for a reschedule for the bonfire. 2. If there is inclement weather in the forecast that the client is worried about, the client may choose to cancel the bonfire BY NOON OF THE DAY OF THE BONFIRE. The client will then pay a $150 convenience fee to Boujee Bonfires. Boujee Bonfires will NOT refund the non-refundable deposit and the client will be responsible for paying a $150 inconvenience fee. 3. The client will receive a credit ONLY towards a reschedule in the amount of your event package minus the re-permitting fees if there is inclement weather conditions preventing Boujee Bonfires from setting up your bonfire at the scheduled time of the bonfire. Reschedules are due to Boujee Bonfires availability as well as County Permit availability. 4. If you choose to reschedule to a later date the client will be fully responsible for paying any re-permitting fees necessary. Boujee Bonfires does NOT offer cash refunds for any reason.
Picnics ONLY & Inclement Weather:
If you have a beach picnic scheduled, the client will have these options:
1. If there is inclement weather in the forecast that the client is worried about, the client may choose to move the picnic indoors or reschedule to a later date BY NOON OF THE DAY OF THE PICNIC. Reschedules are subject to Boujee Bonfires availability as well as County permit availability. Boujee Bonfires does NOT offer cash refunds for any reason.
Turtle Nest…
Turtle nests may pop up during the nesting season, May – October. Should a turtle nest block your beach bonfire use, we will move your picnic or beach bonfire to the next available beach access with a $105 temporary beach bonfire permit fee or $55+ depending on number of guest in your party for picnic fee and any additional permitting fees that may apply. Moving due to turtle nests does not grant a refund. Also, please know that if you have a picnic scheduled all of the artifical lighting (battery operated candles and battery operated string lights) must be turned off by 9pm. Tikis and bonfire may remain lit the remaining time of your event.
Cancellations…
If in the event you should you have to cancel your picnic or beach bonfire reservation, Cancellations made more than 2 weeks ahead of your event date will result in a refund minus the initial non-refundable deposit of half down of your package and any special custom ordering (food, decor, preferred vendors deposits etc..as well as a $150 convenience fee. We are a customizable event planning company and do special order for events)

Cancellations made inside the 2 week window leading up to your event are non-refundable. You may cancel with the above terms by calling us @ either 850-901-0883 or emailing 30aboujeeevents@gmail.com . All bonfires and picnics include a Non-Refundable deposit that is due at time of booking

You may pay the Non-Refundable deposit to hold your reservation. Invoices to hold reservation must be paid within 24 hours no exceptions. If deposit is not paid within 24 hours your invoice will be cancelled and the reservation will open up for the next person in line.
Refunds are not granted on the same day as your bonfire
