Fill out our bonfire request form… Found at the bottom of this page.

Pay Deposit… After your picnic or bonfire agreement, invoices are sent, pay the non-refundable deposit and sign your contract found at the bottom of your invoice. We will use this to purchase your permits and begin planning your event to add special customization and touches.

Sit back & let us do the work… We will purchase your permits once we are within 2 weeks of the bonfire date when permits go on sale. If your requested access is sold out, we will reach out or use your second choice. All picnics and bonfires that include food and beverage catered by us require a Special Event Permit as well as beach bonfires must have a permit from SWFD and . Bonfire permit fees and Special Event fees are included in all picnics and bonfire prices.  

3 days before your bonfire & picnic (5 days for weddings)… We will send a reminder to pay the balance of your bonfire, picnic & weddings. Picnics and Bonfires must be paid in full 72 hours before your bonfire and picnics (5 days for weddings) in order to be set up on time. You can elect to save your card info when you pay the deposit and we can process it for you.  We now offer AfterPay which will allow you to pay in full and make payments. Day of your boho bonfire, picnic or wedding… we will send a confirmation text and email with details. Your bonfire location is listed on your invoice and in your appointment details. A list of accesses can be found under our “Beach Access” tab.  

Show up… Show up and Enjoy. Your attendant will meet you on the beach.  We are ready to spoil you and make this the very best experience ever!
