A 30% company service fee will be added to your bill for events
A Service fee breakdown will be listed in your contract
7% Walton County Sales Tax & 3.4% Square Card Processing fee will be added to your invoice
Private Accesses & Miramar Beach Access will require an additional convenience fee
Bonfires come with setup/breakdown, one bonfire solo stove (Yukon Solo Stove avaiable for additional fees), tiki torches, a mix of cozy chairs, sitting stools, decorative umbrella, one 6' table with cloth/runner/decor, trash can, bluetooth speaker, roasting sticks, customized chalkboard with memo of choice, Walton County fire permit and an attendant. Add ons and customizing availble.
Bonfires are 2 hours. Additional time may be added.
Picnics come with low seating picnic tables, floor rugs, blankets, floor cushions, fringe umbrellas(fringe cabanas may be added for additional costs), table settings, decor, bluetooth speaker, trashcan, customized chalkboard or letterboard with memo of choice, Walton County permit.

Picnics are 2 hours. Additional time may be added.
Weddings come with a beautiful wooden triangle arch, nuetral colored bohemian fringe sitting stools, customized chalkboard, round woven jute rugs down the aisle, beautiful ratten lanterns, officiant & Walton County permit.
All weddings are customizable.
Picnics & bonfires are additional cost.
Flowers/Pompas/Fringe Umbrellas/Sand Ceremony are addtional add-ons.
All food and beverages are seperate and NOT included in your bonfire and picnics. You are more than welcome to use one of our preferred vendors or bring your own food & beverage with.
Catered food, special lighting & live music will require a Walton County Special Event Permit.
