CANCELLATION POLICY

Non-Refundable Deposits

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at booking.
Permitting fees (if applicable) are also non-refundable.
Invoices must be paid within 24 hours to secure your reservation.
If not paid within 24 hours, your reservation will be canceled and opened to the next client.

30A Boujee Events does NOT offer refunds for any reason.

Weather Conditions Policy (Outdoor Events Only)

Due to the nature of outdoor events, we cannot refund based on weather conditions.

Our team does not make weather decisions until the scheduled time of your event.

If weather is not permitting at the time of your event, the client has the following options:

1. Move to a Home or Rental Location

We may set up at your home or rental property (if approved and accessible).
If you choose this option, you forfeit any future beach reschedule credit.
No refunds or future credits will be issued.

2. Cancel 72 Hours Prior (Weather Concern)

If you are concerned about forecasted weather, you may cancel 72 hours prior to your event (when final balance is due).

The 50% deposit is not refunded.
Permitting fees are not refunded.
A $50 convenience fee will be charged.

3. Credit for Future Reschedule (Weather Prevents Setup)

If inclement weather prevents our team from setting up at the scheduled time, you will receive a credit toward a future event equal to your package price minus permitting/re-permitting fees.

Reschedules are subject to:

Our availability
Walton County permit availability

You have one full calendar year to use your credit

4. Rescheduling Fees

If you reschedule, the client is fully responsible for paying any required re-permitting fees.

Bonfires & Inclement Weather

If unsafe conditions such as high winds or burn bans prevent a bonfire:

Your event may proceed without the fire (if permitted).
No refunds or credits will be issued if the event proceeds.

Turtle Nesting Season (May–October)

Turtle nests may impact beach access.

If a turtle nest blocks your reserved location:

We will move your event to the next available beach access.
Additional permitting fees may apply.
No refunds will be issued due to turtle nest relocation.

All artificial lighting must be turned off by 9pm during nesting season. Bonfires and tiki torches may remain lit.

Final Policy Statement

All Walton County permits are issued on a first-come, first-served basis and are non-refundable through the county.

Boujee Bonfires does NOT offer refunds for any reason.
